Monstober Spooktacular is a Halloween themed weekend made for a crossover between almost all Disney Channel Original Series of 2015, with the exceptions of Dog with a Blog and Bunk'd.
The crossover between 7 episodes aired on October 2 and 4, 2015 and featured 2 different characters from each of the shows visiting one another; the plot device used to connect the 7 shows is a Halloween party in Central Park.
When Jessie makes the Ross kids bring Stuart along for trick-or-treat he tells them a haunting story about Abigail, a ghost who is out to get them. One by one, the kids mysteriously disappear. Then, Jessie attends a masquerade party and a mysterious boy who she falls for.

Girl Meets World (Girl Meets World: Of Terror 2)
Riley and Maya run into a somewhat old friend when they meet the ghost of the bay window—who just happens to be a flapper from the 1920s.

I Didn't Do It (Bite Club)
When Logan and Delia attend a New York Science Presentation dressed as Albert Einstein and Marie Antoinette, they run into a crazy fortuneteller, at the city's biggest Halloween party. Meanwhile, Garrett takes Betty's nephew, Kevin, trick-or-treating.

K.C Undercover (All Howls Eve)
Ernie and Judy's got a mission to intercept an evil wolf serum at the Central Park Spooktacular. Back home, K.C. and Marissa throw a Halloween shindig of their own, with K.C. deciding to dress up as a spy in the hopes of impressing River, the new boy in school.

Maddie and Willow get ready for a Ridgewood tradition where high school seniors scare middle schoolers, while Liv has a run-in with a photographer when she attends the Central Park Spooktacular with Joey.

Austin & Ally and Liv and Maddie had respectively more and less crossovers than the other shows (2): Austin & Ally had 3, and Liv and Maddie just one (no one from the cast crossed-over with another show).
In the Liv and Maddie episode, Haunt-a-Rooney, Liv, Shelby & Cyd (Best Friends Whenever[2]crossover-characters) mentioned Austin Moon dressed-up as bacon (but without being shown); so if we count this, Austin & Ally had 5 crossovers, Liv and Maddie 2, and Best Friends Whenever 3.
This is the second time that the Austin & Ally gang is seen in New York, the first being in Austin & Jessie & Ally.
Technically it's possible that the gang met Jessie and the kids again (without being shown), and this would be Austin & Jessie & Ally, sequel crossover.
The JESSIE episode, The Ghostest of the Mostest, has been rated TV-PG, because of some scene that might hurt or/and upset younger watchers.
At the end of Best Friends Whenever episode, Cyd and Shelby's Haunted Escape, the girls talked about a crossover episode of a cartoon, obvious referring to this crossover.
Lucas Friar wasn't seen in the Girl Meets World episode, but he was seen, along with Riley, in the crossover with Best Friends Whenever. Also he and Farkle (who was absent in both episodes) has been mentioned by Maya (in the Girl Meets World: Of Terror 2).
